Refund Policy for Digital Download Templates

• Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
• When you purchase, you agree that you have read through the description and tried the demo prior to purchase.
• You forfeit your right to a refund as stated in our Terms & Conditions once you purchase and download the template. Ensure you read all product descriptions and demos before you purchase.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds/exchanges cannot be provided after the delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product. But please contact us via our contact form or email (helloaturcordiallyinvited.com) if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of a digital file due to the nature of the product.  You are paying for a customization service and the time taken to personalize your item.
